The Welsh Language Commissioner approached Method4 to develop a information management system that would transform the Commissioner's processes and ensure that all data and records are appropriately controlled. 

The system has enabled the Commissioner's officials, across four offices, to become more efficient by making the best use of technology and allowing them to focus on more productive and strategic tasks.
