New support and maintenance award

Method4 has recently been contracted to provide a support and maintenance service for the Children's Commissioning Support Resource (CCSR) system. CCSR is a pan-Wales initiative to improve outcomes and manage the cost associated with placements of looked after children. The web based system is used by local authorities and providers of care in Wales and beyond.

Method4 will provide technical support and will work with the Local Government Data Unit Wales to deliver scheduled enhancements to the system.

Craig Hughes, Method4's account director said: "We are pleased to be working with the Data Unit on this important initiative. Our support and maintenance services are growing and this is a welcome addition to our portfolio, complementing our consultancy and product development activities."
