Method4 has provided technical consultancy to the Welsh Language Board assisting in the design and implementation of experimental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) deployed through SharePoint. Each KPI is linked to an objective in the Board's schemes of work and allows senior managers to monitor performance via a graphically rich dashboard on the Board's intranet.

Method4 recently worked alongside VocaLink in the development and deployment of the LINK website into a new infrastructure. VocaLink project managed and delivered the design elements of the project whilst Method4 implemented the design into the VocaLink SharePoint environment.

Method4 is providing a brand new web-based service for the Department for the First Minister and Cabinet at the Welsh Assembly Government. The new service, called Afon, went live in February. It is already being used to exchange a wide variety of data with external partners including local authorities, housing associations and fire services.

Authorised NAfW content authors update a 'content database' through the Livelink Web Content Manager application which is accessed via the Livelink Web Content Manager (Cloudbreaker) web interface.
